Caroline Welsh is a licensed clinical social worker. She earned a master's degree from the University of Utah and currently owns a private practice in draper, Utah.
Caroline is fluent in spanish and enjoys yoga, hiking, travel, and spending time with her family and friends. We're thrilled to have Caroline join us on this adventure and discuss the topic of connecting; deepening our connections with ourselves, with others, and with this incredible world we live in.

Tibble Fork Reservoir parking lot up American Fork Canyon at 9:30 AM
-Kayak/paddle/life jacket if you're bringing your own (these are provided if you're renting)
-Water bottle, hiking shoes, water shoes, clothes to get wet in, snacks
-$6 fee to enter the canyon (unless you have a Parks Pass
-$30 rental fee for kayak or paddle board (includes life jacket, paddle, and transporting it to/from the reservoir) *The rental shop has a cancellation fee of 100% if canceled within 96 hours (4 days) prior.
